Responsibilities
- Conduct gap analysis and identify client needs for Odoo solutions
- Provide training to clients on Odoo features and functionalities
- Create clear, well-defined tasks for developers based on client requirements
- Document processes, workflows, and configurations for clients and internal teams
- Support ongoing client operations, ensuring smooth system usage and troubleshooting
Must Have
- Expertise In-depth knowledge of Odoo modules and workflows to effectively implement solutions.
- Ability to train clients and document customizations, configurations, and procedures.
- Clear task creation for developers to ensure efficient project execution
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve Odoo-related challenges.
