We’re looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to collaborate on a project focused on building AI-driven language and retrieval systems.
This is a project-based position, ideal for someone passionate about applying AI to real-world use cases — not research, but tangible impact.
⚙️ Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize machine learning pipelines for language understanding and retrieval.
- Design, train, and fine-tune models for text processing, similarity, and reasoning.
- Integrate ML components with existing backend systems and APIs.
- Work closely with the tech team to ensure clean, scalable, and efficient implementation.
- Document your workflow and deliver production-ready code.
🎯 Requirements
- Hands-on experience in Machine Learning or NLP projects (at least 1–2 completed end-to-end).
- Strong Python background with practical use of ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, etc.).
- Understanding of language models (LLMs) and retrieval-based AI concepts.
- Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and deliver solid results.
- Good communication and attention to detail.
🌟 Nice to Have
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with vector databases (pgvector, Qdrant, Chroma, etc.).
- Basic understanding of Arabic NLP is a plus.
